By federal law, each state has their own nurse aide registry. If you relocate you will need to contact the Department of Health in that State. Each State has adopted their own policies. Many States allow for testing, without additional training if your certification as a CNA is current. The following numbers are subject to change at any time. Some long distance charges may apply.
